In short: Very nice place, well organised but run a bit boring In full: Well organised, very friendly people and good mixture of running abilities. Need to control cars leaving the car park for the slower runners to be able to finish without dodging cars though. I was helped over the finish line by a very nice local runner who scooped me up over the last mile so a big thanks to him! Run itself was pleasant with good facilities but a bit boring and being able to see the finish from mile 11 onwards is not always a good thing! Date of review: March 13, 2012
In short: Very well organised, friendly and inspiring but hilly!!! In full: Greta organisation, well run all around with great support from volunteers, marshalls, other runners and spectators - some great additions of bands and finish line announcer was brilliant.
Would thoroughly recommend the event but maybe not a first time event as Spring Hill is something special with about 2 miles of steady uphill punctuated with 3 lethal inclines which take it out of the legs Date of review: March 1, 2011
