In short: Really enjoyed it
In full: Read the reviews, was expecting a nightmare but happy to say that we had no problems at all. We both checked in bags, they were both returned at the end un-tampered with, there is a lack of loos but the Hilton Park Hotel let us all use theirs while we were waiting to start. It took 15 mins to actually get to the start once the race had started but with 25,000 -odd people there, that's to be expected. Most of the other runners were friendly, the supporters were great & scenery of course was fantastic. There were frequent water stops, the goody bag was suitably naff. And I got another PB :) Thoroughly enjoyed it & is the easiest 10k I've run to date.

In short: The atmosphere was great, the race a little late in starting but other than that, no problems at all. Really friendly race, lovely countryside scenery, virtually no traffic (one car passed us) nice route, pretty flat
In full: This was my first ever 10k race, thoroughly enjoyed it. A scenic run, a few small hills but nothing too taxing, a good race for beating your PB (I know I did, just waiting for confirmation of times though) Great atmosphere pre, during & post race. Today was the first Huntingdon 10k but there were no organisational blips, except for a slight delay in starting. I'll definitely be back to do this one again next year!
