In full: Superbly organised race by Sarah Russell and the Tunbridge Wells Harriers. Amazing atmosphere, great marshalls, great goody bag/t-shirt/medal! Great seeing Kelly Holmes/Liz Yelling/Richard Whitehead. All in all a great race!

In short: Great race. Superb marshalls. Perfect organisation. Will be back to beat my time next year!
In full: Free t-shirt. Free beer. Free cake. Oh and a glorious run thrown in too! Given that the hills just kept coming I enjoyed it much more than i thought i would!! The enthusiastic marshalls spured me on at nicely close intervals - the TWH are a really friendly bunch!! Amazing atmosphere so was happy to hang around and not rush off at the end. Pefectly organised - thank you to the organisers and the fantastic marshalls for a really great race!
