In short: A wonderful run in scenic surroundings
In full: I have ran this race about 6 times now and everyhting about it is faultless. The organisation, the course, the views and the cakes are absolutely wonderful. A great friendly race that "hits every button"

In short: One of the Best
In full: Having done a great number of half marathons Swindon is up there with the very best. The course is tough and challenging but the slickness of the organisation is unbelievable. A really great race for runners of all abilities and one to mark with indelible ink on the Calendar.

In short: Great way to spend a Sunday
In full: Very tough but wonderfully enjoyable.Trail shoes are needed or,just like me you will be slip sliding away. I was on that went the wrong way how we got back on track within minutes was a miracle. Very good value, lovely medal and t shirt and the cool bottle of stella at the end was great finishing touch, pardon the pun.

In short: Wonderful race with red kites for company.
In full: Travelled quite a distance to do this race having ran it for the first time last year. Enjoyed the course very much and seeing red kites giving their arial support made me want to return. It's certainly not an easy run and people considering need to practice on the hills. Tech. Shirt was a great improvement on last year's cotton variety. Only one criticism. More loo's are required. With a 1000 plus runners the ones on sight cannot cope with the deamd and a few porto's would help, just aswell the route was heavily wooded in places. Overall a great run, one of the best, and I will do it again.
