In short: Great PB Course
In full: This is without doubt a great course for a PB as it is very flat. It's basically on a quiet industrial estate near the Dartford Bridge. It was fairly well organised apart from one major flaw, There was no marshall situated on the entrance to the lorry depot, this meant having to stop and wait for 10 seconds for lorries to come in and out if your were unlucky. This is clearly is not acceptable in a race and have never experienced this elsewhere. The most annoying part about it was the fact that there was a marshall about 200 metres further up on a round about standing next to a yellow arrow. It would have been far better to have the marshall located on the lorry depot entrance. Although I lost 10 seconds waiting I still managed a sub 39 but this really needs to be addressed in the future.

In short: Lovely Scenic Course
In full: Very well organised race with great scenery, managed a PB even with the hills. The only bad thing to comment was the very poor quality medal, the worst in my collection !

In short: Great Mildly Challenging Course
In full: My first 10 Mile race since I started running, Happy with a time of 1:08. Great route with some lightly challenging hills to make it interesting. Chip timing would have been nice but understand reasons why this was not possible. Would certainly to this course again in the future.

In short: Great 10k
In full: Done this last year, managed 46:48 this year knocking 3 minutes off last year. Fairly flat course with great scenery makes this a special course, ideal for beginners and runners looking for a PB. Can see me coming back every year now !

In short: Great Course
In full: Enjoyed this well organised event. As a beginner this was my second race and managed a PB of 49:55 so was very happy although the knees did start to ache after running down the steep hill. The chip timing was excellent along with the great medal and t-shirt. Would recommend for beginners.

In short: My First 10K Race
In full: As a beginner I was very nervous but in the end in turned out to be a great day, was hoping for a sub 1 hour and managed 51:31 so was very happy. The hill at 4.5k was very hard to run up and I was moving at a snails pace but pretty much down hill from there.
