In short: Cracking, challenging run
In full: Great run this, next time though I WILL heed the advice to take it extremely easy at the start. By the time I'd reached the 'top' (about halfway) I was almost too goosed to enjoy the downhill. My only complaint would be fact that the bottle of Black Sheep handed to me at the end still had the top on!

In short: a tougher course than the other big 10K in manchester, but with less people on your heels it's a more enjoyable run.
