In short: Great short race for mixed abilities
In full: The Aylesbury 5K was superbly well organised again and, for me, the arrangements are perfect for the occasion; not too long, generally very quick, starting time is good, marshalling is very good, parking and pre-race stuff excellent. don't miss it!

In short: Afternoon format is fantastic
In full: Rare to have a saturday afternoon event and I believe that makes this race special. The course is fast. The start a little congested - perhaps unavoidably. The people who organised and marshalled the event were superb.

In short: Perfect post Christmas event for all abilities
In full: A superb run around Aylesbury including an historic market square. Very pleasant and potentially fast. Hard to see how it might be improved beyond a more defined finish line.

In short: Very good course and atmosphere
In full: An excellent course, good arrangements generally and a balanced field of just about the ideal number. Well signed and marshalled. I fully recommend this event.

In short: super marshalling - track adds interest
In full: Good arrangements - fast course and particularly well supervised by marshalls. Great finish on the running track - bit like the Olympics! One of the best 10K's I have had the pleasure to run in.

In short: professional feel
In full: most races that do not have mile or kilometer markers are scored down but this race survives this owing to its excellent stucture. I only tunred up because it was available without having to register in advance - not having to do so is a big plus for events by the way -but I shall come evry year it is run in the future.

In short: relaxed atmopshere
In full: Yes the course marking could be better and there were occasions when there were obstructions and very tight changes of direction. however, the overall atmosphere made it a good event
and if you like mutliple laps - which a lot do - then that was also good. overall I would recommend it and the charity aspect is very improtant.

In short: flat, fast & friendly
In full: The race today was excellent. Regents Park is a superb venue. The marshalling was efficient as well as being friendly. The course lends itself to fast times even though winter weather conditions are bound to slightly intefere with this. A thoroughly good experience.

In short: Quick, flat footpath race
In full: The weather was not good for the event but I thought that it was a good fast run and I recommend it. Marshalling needs tightening up.
