In short: Really tough run course and technical bike course. Great day out. Back next year to win the team of 5!
In full: First time I've ridden a bike in years so that was fun! Did this as a team of five and had a great day out. The event was well organised and the atmosphere was great. The course was really tough on both the run and the bike. Great day out with a festival atmosphere. Hope to be back next year.

In short: Fast course! Awesome festival for all the family.
In full: Long slight decline for the first couple of miles with a few much shorter hills towards the end gives this course serious pb potential. Well organised race with a cannon too!

In short: Stunning scenery, slick organisation, great atmosphere, tasty hills, loved it.
In full: I'm lucky enough to live near this course and the area is beautiful. The race was well organised and had a great atmosphere, especially for a first time put on by a small school. Well done to the organisers. For me this is a special race and I'll be recommending it to everyone. It sums up everything I love about running.

In short: Tough wet conditions on a fast course, great organisation as always.
In full: It was tipping it down most of the day, however the race and support was excellent. Well done to the organisers and the crowds that made it out in the rain. New pb for me too!

In short: Great way to spend a day
In full: Well done to the organisers for the organising and the rerouting that made the race possible. Tough on the knees due to lots of roads and some flooded fields and tracks. Great atmosphere in places. Some good scenery but running through Reading was grim. Loved the race though!

In short: Still hard as nails! Killer hills, tough boggy track. Loved it!
In full: Organisation was silky smooth, great marshals cheering you on, awesome medals and goody bag for the price of it which is very reasonable. The two hills in the course are tough, especially the second. It lives up to its name, I will be back next year and the next.

In short: Tough course and great race with support all the way.
In full: Blessed again. Great touch. Organisation, support and the marshalls were all superb. The team on the pa system gave all the runners a shout by name which gave you an addede boost at the end. A great race on a tough, hilly course.

In short: The charm of this race is its location and local, simple feel.
In full: Great course, good support from the marshals. A few issues with people getting lost, but otherwise a great local off road event. It would spoil if it got any bigger but I will keep coming back.

In short: Beautiful 6 lap marathon trail course with some seriously tough hills
In full: Helly Hansen put on a great race with smooth organisation, great support and a massive goody bag and cool medal. The course is set in stunning scenery and the 'Beast' at the end of each lap was a killer. Absolutely loved this race and will definitely be back next year, but it was tough!
