In short: A new pb and great t - shirt
In full: I really didn't like this course. There are too many twists and turns. Officials were rude and aggressive. Starting pens were very confusing and not clear. Why not swap t - shirt for a better goodie bag.

In short: A great half marathon to finish the year.
In full: I love this race, especially being a local run for me. This is my third time doing this run and I have got a new pb every time. The race is well supported with friendly marshalls. Plenty of facilities, like refreshments and changing area. The only negative is the ind estate, which seems to go on forever. Other than that a good run. Well done Stroud AC.

In short: A beautifull run
In full: I really enjoyed this race. It was lovely running around the park, especially in the wooded area. Mainly flat with just one steep hill at the half way mark. Will definetly run this race for next year. Loved the gold trainer at the end. It takes pride of place on my mantlepiece.

In short: A good easy flat run for pb potential.
In full: The first few miles were quite scenic, especially when running along side the harbour and when the Clifton Suspension Bridge came into sight. Cobbles were hard and tiring. Overall though a good run, especially that I took nearly two minutes off my previous time. Same about a rather disappointing goodie after all that hard work. For the price we pay, they should have put a few more goodies in it. That is what makes it all worth while.

In short: A very pretty route without it being too challenging
In full: Just the right distance for a good work out. The marshals were very helpful and plenty of them. I am definitley going sign up for next year. The only grumble that I have is, can they also have an alternative drink for the non - drinkers. I don't drink, so I got nothing after the race.
