In full: what a great race, orginasers should be very proud of this race its how all runs should be fantastic marshalls and a great atmosphere well done

In full: red bull gives you blisters, brutal hills, burning calves,sore knees and a massive grin on your face this race was extreme in every sense. please do this again it was superb brilliant organisation incredibly generous and ended with my two favorite words FREE BAR

In short: whats with all the moaning
In full: the scenery is no worse than brum half, the course is positively flat with pb written all over it, the race was well organised with a good start/finish area,ok its a little quiet out there but thats it and as for the goody bag you get a medal, a tee shirt and some food and drink for half the price of the bupa runs. not really sure where all the negativity has come from but i would suggest its a little unfair to the people who organised everything also bare in mind the main sponsor lost everything in a recent fire and still turned out for us all. cheer up folks it weren't that bad now was it

In full: this race is an absolute credit to the people of tywyn and the rotary club thank you all for your support and encouragement brilliant race as ever, i hurt in all new places cant wait to do it again

In full: the six hour challenge was just that, tough enough to test you but over quickly enough to enjoy the event, scenic setting good course well done all involved

In full: second year for me and my team and this event just gets better and better, the more weary you get the more encouragement you get from your fellow competitors and spectators. fair play to all you marshalls 24 hours watching us numpties run round must be tough but thanks for all your help your all stars. loved this event it is my all time favourite and we will be back.

In short: that was tough
In full: its not very often your ankle deep it mud and its red hot out, such were the conditions today making this tough half in the beautiful wyre forest hard as nails which just makes it more rewarding to finish, organisation was very good definatly recommend this race to others its a challenge worth doing
