In short: Friendly, local race.
In full: Never really going to be a PB course with the inclines and off-road sections but nice to get off the tarmac for a while. Only gripe was the lack of toilets- there was a 20 minute queue 25 mins before the race- doesn't give much time for a warm up!

In short: Fast and errr.....yeah
In full: A flat, fast course with PB written all over it. Apart from that, pretty ordinary- drinks were nowhere near the finish line, the 1.30 start time is a pain and the prizegiving had just about the grumpiest announcer I've ever seen.

In short: Great race every year!
In full: 5th time at Overton and somehow managed to post a 30 second PB despite that hill! Always a well organised and well-supported race with a good atmosphere- think I'll be back a few more times yet!

In short: Doesn't get any easier!
In full: Third time at this race and always a good one as long as you know what to expect i.e. a BIG hill! Great atmosphere at the start and finish but marshalls and signage a bit thin on the ground (and a bit quiet) at some points on the course- almost took a wrong turning at one point with no-one to follow! Will definitely be back tho!

In full: Great event- well organised, friendly and one of my favourite routes through the scenic Woodford valley. A couple of short, sharp hills but still a pretty quick course. Recommended!
