In short: Great race in beautiful countryside In full: Although the start at the Vauxhall Motors Rec Club on the flightpath of Luton airport isn't much to talk about the subsequent run through the Luton Hoo grounds is wonderful.
It's only a small race which adds to its charm but had loads of incredibly supportive marshalls throughout the course. A nice selection of items to finish too Date of review: October 17, 2011

In short: My first half and hopefully not my last here In full: Absolutely loved this race. It was flat as a pancake so my pace was beautifully steady throughout and just got faster.
The scenery of suburban Peterborough isn't exactly breathtaking but going past people's homes as they cheered us on was superb.
Would recommend in a heart beat. Date of review: October 11, 2011

In short: Well organised, fun race In full: This is a great race for all types of runners. The organisation was faultless with plenty of facilities. Great goody bag and the bagels are superb.
Wish it could have been a single lap but if it needs to be three to get such great facilities on the route its a small price to pay. Date of review: August 30, 2011

In short: Once you're over the hill it becomes easy In full: The hill at the start was a bit of a stinker but once that was done I really loved this race. The goody bag was exceptional and got a great new medal and top. Kids loved the fun run too. Highly recommend.
