In short: well organised and very quick course
In full: First time I had done this one. Course is pancake flat and fast. Rarely seen so many marshalls at an event and they were excellent.

In short: lots of off-road but well organised, scenic race
In full: most of the 10k is off road and you have to be careful of your footing but a really enjoyable way to spend a mid week evening. Great scenic cross country course. Will be back next year

In short: Well organised event - very scenic and challenging course
In full: Well organised and friendly event. The course is 95% off road, through woodlands and alongside fields. Not for PB hunters but a great spring event.

In short: Well organised event on challenging hilly course through woods and fields
In full: Really enjoyable, very well run event with a welcoming atmosphere. The course is hilly and has around 7k on trails through woods and fields. Might get muddy in parts. First 6k felt uphill...one or two steep ones. Last 3k fast downhill.

In short: Friendly multi-terrain 10k in nice countryside
In full: Not what I was expecting but I really enjoyed it. Most of the course was on bridle paths, through woods and alongside fields. Certainly undulating with 2 steep downhills and 1 steep uphill near the finish. Much of the course is quite narrow through the trees and along paths - limited overtaking at times. And behind it all a fun day out for the family in the gardens of the village pub...lots of things to do. Well organaised, marshalled and friendly

In short: Great atmosphere
In full: Ran my second of these this year and enjoyed the atmosphere even more despite having a poorer run.

Started at Blue start - was very disappointed with start/stop first mile and struggled to get any rythem in first half even though I was starting from a mid to forward pen. Wish they'd do something about this as I've heard it is a common problem from Blue.

Made the mistake of aiming for a quickish time and fell well short but didnt take away from the experience

In short: Good PB potential when weather kind. Scenary isnt great
In full: Enjoyable fast race with good PB potential. Well organised. half the course involves running around an airfield which can be exposed to the wind. Scenary overall is quite boring. Well worth a visit though and I'll do it again next year
