In short: lovely countryside, lovely race all this and Kelly Holmes!
In full: Lovely race. Well organised. Most marshalls were friendly, lovely crowds through the villages. A bonus of Kelly Holmes starting the race and handing out the medals. Will put in my diary for next year :-)

In short: Best organised race ever!
In full: Briliant race. Good parking, made change from parking in a field! Loads of toilets, pre race warm up. Excellent performance t-shirt. Medal and goodie bag on day. My first sub 60, so very pleased.

In short: OMG should have taken my crampons!!
In full: Hills so steep that when you stand at the top of them, they make your stomach turn over! Very tough real sense of achievement just to have finished. Not sure about the marshalls, they looked more like night club bouncers. They just stood there as you ran round, no encouragement at all.
Will do next year and try to improve on this years time.

In short: Hot hot hot , but would do again
In full: Very hot and no breeze, not even by the sea. Could have done with more water stations, due to weather. Great marshalls hundreds of them all friendly and cheering everyone on. Got a 10k PB within the run, despite the heat so am happy
