In short: Rolling, rolling but no big dippers
In full: Enjoyed the route, had no idea what was coming next. Annoyingly persistent inclines and downhills to challenge you - but nothing too major. About mile 9 there was a weird mile off road which in the relentless rain was a difficult surface to run well on. Signposting was fine, i carried a drink so not bothered by paper cups, only a few cars on the open roads and welcome encouragement from the nice marshalls. I think organisation was fine for a first time race - next year please more toilets (that work!), female change area would be nice, improve the last half mile -too narrow to share with poor unsuspecting pedestrians. But please dont change the nice tech t shirt and best goody bag i've had so far. Great value all round. Definitely like to do it again next year

In short: Better than the Bath Half! Fautless organisation, No queues before ,during or after.
In full: For a smallish local race this can't be beaten. The first half of the route has many an incline until you get to the halfway point - you definitely feel tested. Really helpful staging of drinks stations with sports top bottles, nice touch with the sponges but I didn't see any jelly beans or lollies by the time I went through! I appreciated the banana though. Basic goody bag - personally I'd trade the medal or pay a bit more for a better t shirt. I think if Chippenham can manage a tech t shirt Swindon ought to be able to do the same - I would defintely wear it then. It has to be said though - excellent organisation throughout. Enough loos, easy baggage storage, plenty of space after the finish to dechip and stretch, plenty of marshalls to assist. Lots of smiling faces - a great race for everyone.

In short: No significant hills but definitely not as flat as I thought. Great run - well organised
In full: Interesting route heading out of town, around the country roads and then back again. Could definitely feel the odd incline along the way - even more so in the hot sun. No shade along the route and didn't spot any portaloos but that didn't really matter. Lots of marshalls, plenty of shouts of encouragement, friendly runners, couldn't fault it really. The long downward stretch for the last half mile is a definite boost. Would definitely recommend to others.
