In short: Nice course could be better organised
In full: 2nd year I have run it, just as enjoyable as the 1st. Organisation in the hall not great but they did their best, which is all you can ask from volunteers. Probably not helped that it was so cold outside, so everyone waited inside. Parking not ideal but if you arrive 30 mins before the start, you are asking for trouble.

In short: Nice event for beginners, although could have been better organised.
In full: Ran the event last year & have to say that the race itself wasn't as well organised as last.

Although I have been told there were distance markers on the course, I only saw them at 3,5,8 & 9km. As the race is probably the most beginner friendly 10K around, would make sense to make the signs clearer & also have mile markers.

I'm also not sure if there were any pacers, was advised that they were due but didn't actually see them.

I think this coupled with the hidden distance markers could make it much harder for beginners.

Will probably do it again next year more out of habit/location to home then anything else.

In short: Very hot but amazing experience
In full: First marathon for me so hard to compare with others, especially with the heat making conditions much harder.

Overall very well organised, support was amazing & will always remember the whole experience.

Maybe one improvement could be a larger/more spacious meeting point at the end of the race. Letters were very close together & could have been more spaced out, allowing to to meet in the area you had arranged.
