In short: Great crowd, very encouraging marshalls
In full: Really enjoyed this race - start hill is a killer, but once you are pastmit, lotsnof downhill to regain lost time. Great atmosphere, considering it was just after Christmas. Overall, a great atmosphere and enjoyable run - worth travelling 50+ miles for.

In short: Great race - not beginner friendly, because of the 2m climb at the start.
In full: I really enjoyed this run in my home town. Despite knowing the route inside out, the climb up Buncer Lane really was harder than I remember it (20 years since I last ran up it though!)

Once over the 2 miles of climb, you really could open out on the downhills toward Pleasington, which felt great. The wind didn't help in places, but at least it didn't rain.

Marshalls were great and encouraging. I really enjoyed this run and will be back again in the future.

In short: Excellent PB race & great start to the running year
In full: My first time in the Telford 10k. Excellently organised. Distance markers were very clear and very accurate. There were not many marshalls, so the race didn't have the same atmosphere as some other local runs, but other runners encouraged each other through the run, especially on the second lap as they passed the other way, which was great.

Overall a good run and a PB too, so very happy with the result. Would definately do it again.

In short: Absolutely superb - loved every minute of it!
In full: The organisation was great. It was a fun run, with very challenging hills & mud. The old railway line was like running through treacle!

The best bit, without doubt, was the water! Recommend this to anyone and everyone as a bit of fun!
