In short: keep up the good work!
In full: Well done on another good race, lots cooler than previous years thankfully! No flood realted issues, lucky there was the bridge over the ford on 2.5 miles! Fishermen at the lake need to be a bit more thoughtful though with their poles lying out across the track. Enjoyable race and back next year. Disappointed with this years goody bag, there wasn't one! Only for spot prizes!? Compared to last year this was a let down particularly when the goody bag was very good.

In short: a good challenge
In full: the most unusual micro climate exists over Ashby, i've done this race for the last 3 years and have experienced, snow, hail, warm sun, strong winds and this year was no different, horizontal hail really hurts! But its part of the challenge, well organised, friendly and worth doing to test yourself ahead of a spring marathon or just a good race over a testing route.

In short: challenging and hilly in places, suffers from unpredictable March climate, very cold to warm, not an easy race but most certainly but well worth it.

In short: a late June race always has the possibility of warm / hot weather, can make it unbearable! but I'll be back as it's only just down the road for me.
