In short: Fantastic!
In full: A firm favourite of mine. Just to echo, the scenery is glorious, love the early start, gives you the rest of the day, I always forget the hard sections, nice to see the locals out to cheer us on, top drawer medal, well organised and a warm down of, "push the car out of the field" with most of us helping each other, showing that runners have great spirit and sense of humour!

In short: Now, that was a challenge!
In full: It's the 4th time I've run, jogged, slipped and slided at this event, and even though it's local, I must say it's always a belter of a race. The same course each time, but the different conditions make it seem like a different event from the last. Never going to be a PB out there in wind and rain, but who cares really, it was fun!!! Big thanks to all the supporters and helpers too.

In short: What a great day!
In full: My first 1/2 marathon, I did this as I was told it was pretty flat, and it was. As a 10k runner found it ok up to the last lap where I had to dig deep, but was helped by a fantastic South African lady who egged me on, many thanks to you! Beautiful weather, lovely little place Bexhill, great set up, marshalls, results, drinks and crowd. And the three Vikings (two in thongs) put a smile on your face too. See you next year.

In short: Super race!
In full: Second time running this one, and knocked 2 minutes off last years time. Great, mainly flat course where you can really give it your all, especially on the last mile. Great day in general, happy friendly people everywhere!!!

In short: Once again, organised with precision
In full: Proud to be a local with an event like this on your door step. All "backroom" staff were brilliant, again. Supporters fantastic too, even if I got a "We Luv" or a "We Hate Marmite" Hard word after a 4 month lay off and what is it about that first 2k!!
