In short: Will def be back to run this again
In full: Got to the start area a tad late. The race village was rammed at the start and everything seemed a bit chaotic (possibly because I was in a rush). Missed a pre-race trip to the lavi because of a queue that wasn't moving. The race got going though and I didn't encounter anything negative from that point onwards - the marshalls were the brilliant, the water stations were frequent, it was well supported, there was a good quality field of runners ... all in all, perfect marathon press.

In short: definitely be back next year
In full: Whoever mapped out the half mara course went out their way to get as many hills in there as possible, but really enjoyable race even with the strong winds. Goody bag at the end could have been better, though - other than the mars bar nothing very helpful in there.

In short: Mainly club runners
In full: Quite a bit of tree covering so GPS probably not to be trusted - I measured it to be nearly .1 of a mile short.

In short: good race, well organised
In full: Probably the most useful post race goody bag I've been given. 3 laps of vic park with over 800 runners meant the last lap was pretty crowded. Probably need to think about a new location if numbers get any bigger.

In short: Great race.
In full: A big field with a range of abilities. Three water/sponge stations very welcome on quite a hot day. Marshalls were great!

In short: Can't fault it
In full: A reasonably priced event. Good route, and nice not to have to do multiple laps of a park. Marshals were great (see other reviews).

Can't think of any problems with it, but this is only my second 10k.
