In short: Hard,wet, but worth it
In full: As someone not used to trial running it was a bit of a toughy for a half M, although I did it in normal running shoes and they were fine. No scrambling through bogs or uphill on all fours. There were no mile markers so you had no idea how far to go, and some who were using GPS seemed to think it was over 14m by the end Organisation was first class and many thanks to all the marshalls who cheered us on. Clearly no problem with the car parking that seemed to be an issue last year. I would do again but may need to up the ante on the fitness ! Al

In short: What a great race - even in the sleet!!
In full: Hills not as bad as expected - scenery truly stunning at times - was frozen to the bone for the last couple of miles but soon cheered up at the sight of coffee, mars bars, etc at the finish.

In short: Excellent race, beautiful scenery, well organised, extremely friendly and cake at the end. PERFICK!!!
