In short: Challenging with heat.
In full: First half marathon but luckily training in Cumbria got me used to hill running but not the intense heat. The people of Barton were great cooling us down with there hoses and water guns. Altogether great experience but the return run over the bridge seemed never ending but a great feeling when finished. The number of people been treated on the bridge was worrying and I hope the man receiving CPR is ok.
