In short: Best race of the year! In full: What more could you want from a race, cracking scenery, brilliant trails, great marshals, perfectly placed water stations, medal, t shirt, goody bag, free tea/coffee, cake, fruit, massages and even a free swim!
The atmosphere was brilliant and what a buzz it was to the build up, brilliantly kept up to date with the Facebook page and that was buzzing all weekend
Hills, mud, styles, fields, hills, trails, orchards, little villages in the middle of nowhere, friendly locals with hoses, scout groups running water stations and even a beer at halfway, can't sing the praises of this race enough, will be back for years to come, keep up the great work I&I, you've got something special here Date of review: June 23, 2014
In short: Best 5 miler in the world In full: Absolutely love this race, from the atmosphere on village green before the start, to the decorated portaloos , this race has everything, great course, mud, beer, friendly marshals, cracking medal/bottle opener, beer, mud, hassle free parking, generally just and awesome race, will be back for sure Date of review: June 9, 2014

In short: Fantastic route, marshals & goodies In full: First time running this & I loved it, although I wasn't saying that at the finish! Cracking route & scenery, very very hilly & they are tough, but this isn't about times & PB's, just about enjoying running, will defo be back next year and be more prepared, this has given me a taster as to what beachy head is gonna be like!
Marshals were all fantastic, cake was delicious, BBQ went down a treat and loved the medal & t shirt
