In short: Hot
In full: Hot all the way round. My home town so I love it but I did my worst time ever for this race -14 mins slower than last time but it was so hot. I will be back next year.

In short: Fantastic atmosphere
In full: Well, done that, got the (HUGE) t shirt don't need to do it again. Great day, the crowds are amazing. Being cheered on with your name being shouted out - great. Was very crowded but expected that. As per lots of comments the meet and great area needs some sorting out - chaos. And the t shirt isn't fit for anyone - other races manage to have different sizes available.
Didn't appreciate having to register at Excell either, too commercial and a bit of a farce for runners who couldnt get to London until Saturday. However Sunday was a great day - enjoyed it, glad I did it but probably won't do it again which leaves a space for someone else (hopefully someone who has trained and can run).

In short: Friendly race
In full: Apart from the parking issues, instructions sent to the the start but everyone had to turn around to go back to the car park, otherwise well organised, nice friendly marshalls and friendly running crowd. Despite announcing anyone wearing earphones would be disqualified I saw 4 different people listening to music! Nice t shirt.

In short: Hard but fun
In full: I wondered why it was doing it for the first 2 miles up that hill but then picked up at miles 4 to 9. Cold and damp but good fun. It was 8 degrees back at the car! So well organised. Thank goodness the last mile is down hill.

In short: Good friendly run
In full: Nice weather, cold but dry. Friendly crowd and well organised. The hills don't get easier by the year.

In short: Worth the Mars bar
In full: My 2nd marathon, I swear it was longer than Edinburgh. Bit disappointed at my time, over 5 hours but my friendly runners around me said sometimes you take under 5 and sometimes over. Good organisation, easy parking, goody bag was ok but didnt find my Mars bar until I got home. Would have been nice to get a tee shirt though.
It was a bit wierd when thousands of half marathon runners finished and you carried on along with about 8 other people !

In short: Bloody hill
In full: 4th time running this race but that hills at 9 miles still come as a shock. Enjoyed the race and will be back next year.

In short: Warm and sunny
In full: The sun didn't show any signs of appearing until the minute we set off. Well organised and good fun UNTIL you have finished and try to get back into the hall for your bag. Despite the side of the track being fenced off runners are not allowed to go down it to get inside but had to trail up the stairs, through seats and get completely lost trying to find your way back inside - and i knew where i was going !
I prefer cups to bottles.

In short: Good fast race in the rain
In full: Despite the problems at the start which couldnt be avoided, this was a good race. Only when you see the video of the poor guy with his hand down the drain do you realise how much effort was put into clearing the water. Bit muddy at the end but really enjoyed it and a PB !

In short: Hilly but sunny
In full: Lovely day for this - stewards were great. Can't believe more people havent complained about the TOILETS. There must have been 50 ladies in the queue in the sports hall with minutes running out before the start. The queue was huge in the other hall and you were not allowed to use the ones in the swimming pool (despite the posters saying you could). Just made it to the start on time.
