In short: Wet and tough but enjoyable.
In full: This race is worth it just to get away from the city and up to the Highlands for the weekend.

In short: Well organised - the runner-friendly light drizzle was a touch of class by the organisers
In full: The new finish straight is fantastic. Didn't like the long time it took me to find my way back to the baggage tent while wet and cold, but that's pretty trivial. Well done Glasgow!

In short: Should be a wee bit better organised for such an expensive race
In full: £40 entry (and £100 for relay teams) - surely some of this money could go towards more toilets and more changing tents? The male changing tent was dangerously crowded, and as the organisers knew there would be approx. 1000 relay teams, then 2 toilets at the changeover points is a bit poor (especially as full marathon runners were expected to use these too). The amount of people running this race is increasing, so the the organisers should realise the number of facilities will have to increase. And it's WAY too expensive.

In short: Longest 10k a lot of folk will ever run, due to the lack of a marshall at a corner.
