In short: great experience , great views but nhard work but rewarding
In full: second time did this race and very hard as all hilly either up or down there is no flat running at all , but 2012 was a wet one and the mud was thick and water everywhere , we all got covered in thick mud but with smily faces

In short: beautiful scenery
In full: lovelay and hilly , lovely views of the sussex downs , just tiny path way to run along at start finish , including walkers and cyclists but wasnt too much of a bother as hills were more of a struggle but rewarding when done

In short: gret day matched by perfect weather
In full: you do 4 x 5 mile laps maybe bit boring but you get to know route , its dead flat runs along roads then along next to the sea , but weather was perfect after forecasts were for rain , it was my longest race previous was 15 bewl , so a milestone for me and my 2 mates , all enjoyed it and looking forward to brighjton marathon in just 4 weeks today :)

In short: well organised from before race to after
In full: great day from start to finish only tiny drawback was the 2 stiles you have to slow down and negogiate with others , but hills near end are so small and not steep a great way to finish off :)
