In short: Super Event
In full: This is a race firmly marked in the calendar. 3rd time I've run this, fantastic course, not too taxing and the sun came out for us as well. Hope to be back next year-the only down side was, as others have mentioned, the medal. It didn't even have the event name or date on, real shame!

In short: Once more, an excellent event
In full: Makes you feel so lucky to live near such a lovely part of the country. Ran the first 5k like Mo Farah! The second 5k like I was mowing the lawn! The hills are not our friend they are evil! Thanks for all the support-"we love marmite" really does spur you on.

In short: Superb Event
In full: As per previous comments-could not fault any part of the organisation at all. For £29.00 for what you got, the freebies you could take, and the warm welcome everywhere, worth every penny. The race was harder than I imagined, some tough up hill sections, but still posted a decent time. If it sparked an interest in Trail runs, try the Titsey Trail in October-real off road!
