In short: Lap 1 easy, Lap 2 hard, Lap 3 on your way home. In full: This is a pleasant enough marathon, not a bad way to start the year. The weather was spot on,I believe this made the run a little bit easier than maybe it would of been with typical January weather.Parking was not a major problem as others have said, you have to remember the race was in the countryside. The mile run/walk to the start surely could not of been a problem considering the field was made up of marathon and ultra runners. Come on! Anyway finishing at a pub must of made up for it. Date of review: January 28, 2008
