In short: Epic Events organise, that gives you a clu
In full: Thought I would have a go at this distance between sprint and Olympic, pool based swim but the the cycle route is relentless, a tough 40km ride. The 9 km run is up, a steep climb, to Rivington Tower, great views but a hard slog. Well worth the money but not sure its for first timers.

In short: my local half marathon so had to give it a go
In full: Apart from the obvious problems regarding parking( every event at Tatton is the same) the race was well worth the money. I live in Knutsford so know the route like the back of my hand, the last mile up Ashley Road was still a slog though. Overall good value with a great medal and quality tee shirt, will enter again next year. Only my 2nd half marathon and ducked under 2 hours so well chuffed.

In short: good first time course
In full: My first ever half marathon, didn`t know what to expect. Course was good, marshalls very good, registration room ok, medal excellent,less said about the socks the better
