In short: A wonderfully scenic course
In full: Very friendly, great views, ( think rolling hills and blue bell woods) mixture of terrain but all off road. A few playful hills but plenty of down hill to make up for it. Wonderful marshals and great cake at the end. Will be back next year.

In short: Tough terrain, clay,mud,huge puddles,gravel,shingle,very slippy,add in a coastal wind and you have yourself one heck of a challenge.
In full: Good intentions- billed as being 'flat as a pancake'which it was but the terrain was seriously played down. Not a PB course.

In short: So well organised, the runners were treated like royalty.
In full: Great organisation.Really lovely volunteers.Lots of water and gel stops. Great atmosphere. Simply fabulous.
