In short: My first 10m and was well impressed by the friendliness of the Marshalls who were are at the many road junctions along the way. Will definately be running this again next year.

In short: Excellent organisation as always by CONAC
In full: Well organised at the Ski-Club with easy parking at the nearby county hall.
The 2 lap race includes the long hill up through Trowse twice , but coming down through the Park towards the finish is a great feeling especially as I knew I was nearly 3 minutes inside my PB. A great memorable race, well done CONAC.

In short: My first 10k and LOVED IT!!!
In full: Was my first 10k and really loved it, multi-terrain with a mix of footbath, bridalways down the old railway track from Aylsham to Reepham.
Apart from Parkruns this was my first ever proper race with a number etc and loved the friendly atmosphere.
The finish was great with families and friends lining the side if the old railway station.
This race was a big deal for me and to finish under an hour around 56 minutes with my family watching in my first race at 51 years old, well I will never forget it. Good organisation and friendly marshalls and fellow runners.
Thanks to the couple of Norwich Road Runners who ran next to me and one in particular who ran with me for 6k till the water station, even though she had the stitch herself. Many thanks Great Race!!
