In short: Very hot day and some of the scenery was great, easy first few miles which was predominately down hill. Took 14 minutes off my PB.
In full: The only downside to the event was the 15 minute uphill walk from the finishing area to the buses to take me back to the City Centre. Didn't see too much off the City centre of edinburgh on the run but I'm glad as it's full of hills and steps!! Crowds were good and the locals were out with hosepipes and jelly babies. Would do again.
