In short: Good race but the weather spoilt it
In full: This marathon had the potential to be very exciting especially with the stadium finish. I felt that the day was ruined slightly by the awful weather which I know the organisers could not help. Having said that provisions should have been made as there were a lot of extremely cold and wet people including myself who had to change whilst shivering in the communual toilets. Having said that I think that a massive thank you should be given to both the organisers and the crowds who stood in the torrential rain for hours, It was much appreciated.
