In short: A great start to the morning - very well organised
In full: In summary very well organsised - staff and marshalls wer very friendly - nice mix of runners, nice medal and goodies at the end. Pat on the back to all involved.

In short: Excellent run out!
In full: This event was well worth getting up for - route was a quick one - mixture of runners from club to beginners - nice medal and freebies at end. Best thing was the amount of marshalls on route and the encouragemnet. My GPS was bang on 10K aswell - so new PB for me!!
