In short: Mixed terrain, long incline, twice round, no pb
In full: This was my 2nd time, lovely place to run but the start and finish around the playing fields are not inspiring and eat into PB potential. If you want a challenge this is one of the harder 10k s I've run.

In short: Race goes across varied terrain and through countryside-incline is challenging at 4k and 7k. A good run for all.
In full: For an inaugural run this was well organised although the number of toilets in the sports centre was not enough and women were still queuing 10 minutes before the start. The race is a mix of road, country lanes/ paths and start/finish lap of playing fields. Some areas are a challenge. It was a lovely sunny day in Lymm. The goody bags were excellent - love the paperweight.
