In full: Fantastic race - definetly a must do for all runners - elite or fun runners if not just for the experience. Running accross the bay with waste high water as you cross the estuary is so surreal. Stunning scenery - and well organised event. Todays conditions were near perfect - overcast - but warm with no opressive heat or winds.

Go do it

In short: Good enjoyabe day - not a PB course tthough
In full: Enjoyable day out - especailly with all the other races going on to watch. Well marshalled - with plenty of water - (although I do prefer the bottled kind - rather than cups). The hill wasn't as bad as I was led to believe and obviously what goes up - must go down at some point anyway. The two laps - means at least you know what to expect next if you haven't done the run before. Good atmosphere and a nice t- shirt thanks

In short: nice down hill start - promissing for a PB - then hills and it all went pear shaped - still good time for a fairly hilly race
