In short: Just a few hills, power station part is a bit rubbish. Nice course, very scenic.

In short: Hilly course, good training for Brighton or London. Medal has improved since last year, and still a cream egg in the bag!

In short: Snowy... Which added to the country lane running nicely. Good support, worth a second attempt some time

In short: Regent's park on Easter Saturday dressed as a rabbit... And it snowed a bt. Rather fun for a park run!

In short: Mostly flat and fast and a very good medal. Bit dull though... and the parking is a nightmare!

In short: Flat, fast, nice t-shirt & medal
In full: Well, mostly flat, two early shallow hills to sort the pace out and one suprise on the 12 mile mark, where you get to hear rather a lot of choice Welsh swear words!

It's definately a fast course, the only problem being there are a lot of runners... So plenty of ducking, dodging, diving and dodging for the first couple of miles.

Lots of water, energy drinks and gels on offer, a race worth doing more than once for sure!

In short: Lots of "undulating" up and down... Hardly any flats to speak of! Lots of toilets which is good, no goody bag which is bad!

In short: Really nice course, decent medal and a lolly on a hot day. Sadly let down a bit by the terrible parking arrangements. I'd definitely do it again if the parking was improved!

In short: Nice run, mainly on streets, dodging traffic with a couple of decent up-hills, and a cream egg in the goodie bag!
