In short: Freeling HOT,HOT,HOT
In full: My first time at this race, did enjoy but it was rather warm, lucky I took a bottle of water as water stop well over 5k always feel that organisers if they know the weather forecast ie gonna be HOT - squeeze in another water stop, BUT as I am not a race organiser imagine this is logistically difficult ?? I flagged at about 6-7k and lying in my garden this afternoon having a post race snooze and going over 'why oh why did I stop and walk ???' realised I missed my ipod which sometimes gives me a bit of an oomph to keep on going. PS would much rather have a medal than a T shirt which doesnt even have date on it !

In short: Good Friday exercise !
In full: Better weather for me this year, cold !! Thanks to all friendly marshalls and kids for giving us drinks, didnt think much of the medal for an anniversary, no date ??? not even on ribbon. Didn't really change my time from last year but doesn't bother me and so glad to see the finish line !

In short: Great race-awful medal
In full: Did this last year and managed to get 3 mins off time although I am always at the back ! Hated the wind on the return and as usual for me mile 8,9,10 seemed endless and no I didnt miss having a mile 1 marker. Most marshalls encouraging, great kids giving out water all eager for you to take their cup-love the t-shirt but what happened to the medal this year Nice-WorK ?? It must the worst medal ever especially for a half marathon- I expect more from NW !

In short: Great
In full: I am an Ealing girl and had returned for the race -it was far hillier than expected, didnt care about not seeing the mile markers ! organisation faultless brilliant marshals and locals coming out to cheer-thanks, the greatest thing for me was the pacers, first race I have ever done with pacer and it so helped as dont have one of those watches ! Sorry hated Lammas Park path on last leg, felt every crack and bump but I was foot sore at that stage !!

In short: Fantastic Day but...
In full: didn't get a medal! they ran out which is always disappointing. I am hoping the organisers will send one for those that finished at later times ! The orange and water were very welcome and thanks to marshalls and helpers.
