In short: Fast and flat, but extremely dull.
In full: I chose do to this race as a warm up for the London Marathon, as they had the Runners World pacers.
Good points - Well organised, ran efficiently, water points organised well, registration quick and easy.
Improvement Points - really dull course, no atmostphere, hardly any marshals along the route, inflateable arch taken down so I couldnt see the finish line, tacky medals.

Although I beat my PB by over 16 minutes, I wouldnt do this race again.
