In short: Brilliant value, brilliant scenery and cheap as chips!
In full: You almost feel like you're ripping off the organisers at £11 with a medal. Great race amazing scenery but it is tough be prepared to run uphill. One of the best races I've done though!

In short: Hilly, hard but fun!
In full: Superb event would recommend it to anybody! Very hard race on the day due to the sweltering heat. Fabulous views great organisation and friendly marshalling.

In short: Hilly, fun, stunning and extremely well organised as ever.
In full: Don't expect a PB this is a tough race. It's pretty much uphill for the first 4 miles. Brilliantly organised, friendly and encouraging marshalls. It's a challenge but very rewarding particularly the last mile and a half which is all downhill to the finish. Great fun I would thoroughly recommend this. Oh yes and the scenery I just stunning!

In short: Great course, great value, great organisation
In full: Quite simply one of the bast races I've run, the course was really wide & open at the start which is exactly what you want to avoid major bunching. Organisation was first class and all the organisers and volunteers were friendly, helpful and encouraging. Good water stations, well marked out course, good timing facilities, great event parking. You'll do well to find a better event!

In short: Bit of a shambles
In full: Race itself wasn't too bad and I chalked up a PB. Organisation was a shambles, nobody knew where we were going, luckily I wasn't at the front. I had pre paid for the event & wasn't on their list I'm not sure anyone was. The course was really tight and getting past back markers on the last lap was very tricky. Also the 5k marker wasn't even close to being accurate. Could have been better with a bit mor care and attention . Wouldn't recommend it and won't bother next year!
