In short: Enjoyable, well-organised race!
In full: This was my first half marathon. I was nervous due to the 2011 reviews mentioning that it was very hilly. I loved it though! the ups were followed by some lovely downs and the course was really enjoyable. The marshalls and locals were all friendly despite the weather and it was really well organised. The College was a great base to change and leave bags and getting a medal from Dame Kelly Holmes was an added bonus!
