In short: Great race ,fantastic secenery ,tough hills ,oh but what a joy!
In full: First time I've done this race and I was happy with the organisation and the excellent marshalling who were encouraging and helpful. The race itself was very demanding as in the hills which I relish anyway ,the scenery though was breathtaking at times. Also getting a time under 4 hours was brilliant well chuffed! Sorry I missed you at the end Lee Plumber well done mate ,I came in 39th place,see you next year thanks 209 events!

In short: Senery stunning,weather was behaving,been looking forward to this race and was not dissapointed. Thanks to all the marshalls ,helpers and general public who cheered us on. Overall a superb race especially the hills!

In short: Awesome,brutal in places,energy sapping and utterly relentless MUD!
In full: A BIG thankyou to all the marshalls that did an outstanding job throughout the race their direction and help made my race that more easier . Also thanks to all the people who came out to support.Lastly a special BIG THANKYOU to the person who found my car key and handed it in, i think my two running buddies and i would of died of hypothermia standing next to a car not being able to get in!! Great race cheers!

In short: Being my first ever marathon it was tough in places but the comaraderie from runners the support from marshals and the public got me through , the race. great race ,finished with a smile on my face! Time 3.37.57 Merry Xmas to all.

In short: Scenic,fast flat race.Marshalls and public very encouraging.Bottled water seemed a waste at water station but i suppose they did'nt want plastic cups blowing about. Enjoyable race!
