In short: Excellent race and course, well worth the travel and money, huge recommendation In full: Everything that could have been controlled was controlled brilliantly. The uncontrollables, dog walkers, weather were the only negatives, but this didn't detract from my opinion of the event. Date of review: March 3, 2013

2013 Run Eton Dorney 10K
 | | Overall score | | 60% | | Would you do it again? | | Maybe | | | | Details: | | Scenery | | 100% | | PB potential | | 100% | | Atmosphere | | 40% | | Organisation | | 80% | | Value | | 60% | | Beginner-friendliness | | 80% |
In short: 20km (4 x 5km loops) - fine (can't legislate for weather sadly otherwise PB times) In full: Turn up, get finger chip, race number, run. £22 for a bottle of energy drink and a medal (no goody bag). The course on my garmin was 12.2 miles not 12.5miles (20k) therefore times are quicker and gave me a false sense of achievement. Offical Times not displayed by the time I finished, no one to point out these things at the finish. Saw event organiser packing away, rudely pushing past people to make sure he got going. If it wasn't for the fact it was flat and other took part, I would have preferred a training run with a mate. Will only do it again if I am hunting a PB and some confidence.
