In short: Lovely race spoilt by price.
In full: Ran this event for the second time, really nice course, challenging without being silly and what stunning views!
Overall it's well organised - BUT £19? Come on! Especially since this year you didn't post race packs and withdrew the t-shirt!
Despite this being a local event, if they can't offer better value next year I might do Bangor instead.

In short: Nice race, I enjoyed it.
In full: Lovely weather, what seemed like a cold morning quickly warmed up. The terrain was fairly good, not too muddy but personally I found the hard earth quite heavy going on the ankles so I struggled a bit at the beginning. Very friendly crowd which was great since I traveled over on my own from North Wales. I will come back and do it again.

A big thanks to the marshals and to all the volunteers who must have been very busy baking those lovely cakes at the end!
