In short: Excellent well organised event, I have done London twice before this and Brighton rocks for me!
In full: The crowd support was superb, in fact, I found the support better then comparing to my two previous London marathon. There are slight inclines nothing I would call a hill and nothing to worry you if you wanted to run a PB. I will be back next year and in many years to come, no need now to get involved in the London lottery. Brighton Rocks!
