In short: A very pleasant 5K around West Park. Not very well advertised and so not a large turn out, but enough to make it an enjoyable run.

In short: Enjoyed the race and did a PB despite the hills in the second 5K which I wasn't expecting. Would have liked to have got a medal but the Tee shirt is good. Need to work out access to Conkers for families while the race is taking place. Not much for th
