In short: Well organised, friendly run on a scenic course
In full: This is the second time I've done this run. It's well organised and low key (in a good way). Course is scenic and not too undulating although I would prefer not to have the lap of the field at the start. Friendly and helpful marshalls.

Good t-shirt and results were out quickly.

In short: Good post Christmas run on a gently undulating and mainly scenic course.
In full: Really pleased that this survived the bad weather. It is an enjoyable, mostly scenic course with a few undulations but nothing too awful. Not sure that we had to be there an hour before as stated on the literature though(sat in the car for over half an hour)but the organisation was generally good. I particularly liked the memento which is a bit different.

Only complaint is the moron that decided to drive through the masses at the start and as a consequence prevented me and many others getting away properly at the gun. I'm sure that he had something very important to do that couldn't wait 2 minutes!!

Well done to the organisers and marshalls. Hope to be back next year.

In short: Well organised mildly challenging 10 miler
In full: First time doing this run for 3 years. The start was a bit congested but soon spaced out and only minimal impact (1st mile was my fastest). Course mostly on country roads.I had forgotten about the hill near the end. It's not a huge hill but it goes on for a while and being at the end makes it worse. Good T-shirt and goody bag. It's a well organised run and the marshalls were very good.

In short: Friendly, well organised run for all standards but has a sting in the tail.
In full: A local race for me that I always try to do. It's a fairly tough course mainly due to the hill at 8-9k but decent times are still possible (hope that the person that collapsed near the end is ok). Organisation is good and it has got a friendly feel to it. I plan to be back next year.

In short: Scenic fast course, well organised.
In full: Nice scenic course which is as flat as you can get. Organisation is good but manages to keep a low key friendly feel. Many have already mentioned the bike race which was a real pain and meant less time to enjoy the scenery as you had to remain vigilant. It also cost me a PB as I got trapped turning left onto the bridge at 5-6 miles and had to stop for a few seconds to let bikes through - missed PB by 2 seconds!!! Adding a couple more portaloos would also help.

However overall I enjoyed it and will try to get back for it next year.

In short: Good course, well organised race, friendly atmosphere
In full: I have run this several times and it one of my favorite 10 milers. The course is quite scenic and fairly flat with just a few undulations. Friendly and supportive marshalls. Nice tee-shirt. Only complaint is that I always seem to be carrying a injury when I run this one!!

In short: Nice low key run, good scenery, good route
In full: This was an enjoyable run with good scenery, good organisation, friendly marshalls and helpers. Low key but that added rather than detracted from my enjoyment. It was a good course but if I run it again I will try to leave something in the tank for the hill at the end (not too horrific but I wasn't expecting it - don't take it out though, need a bit of a challenge!). Also, out of choice I would have preferred not to do a lap of the field at the start. Well done to everyone involved. If diary permits, I will be back next year.

In short: A good race to end the year with.
In full: An undulating course through generally scenic lanes (except boring loops through housing estate at the start). Organisation is good. Toilets weren't ideal. Nice memento. Good times are possible (if you aren't suffering with illness like I was along with many others). Will be hoping to be in better shape for another try next year.

In short: Well organised, flat but not too scenic
In full: Everything seem to go smoothly, so well done to the organisers. The start was a bit too condensed due to numerous parked cars and I was forced to stop soon after the start due to a car trying to drive through the throng of runners! Very flat course but not one for those after nice scenery (but was probably the best Perivale has to offer). Would have liked a momento of some sort.

In short: Good course, good organisation, generous goody bag
In full: Have done this course many times as it is quite local for me. The course is undulating but good times are possible. Organisation is always good and the goody bag is generous with mug, t-shirt and more. Atmosphere is good with live band at start/finish. I always try to fit this race into my schedule
