In short: Superb location, beautiful course.
In full: My most enjoyable race for many, many years. The sun was shining, the course was quick - passive PB today.
Parking was easy, leisure centre facilities were excellent (although a few extra loos might help). Very pretty course with the two little hills on the second half to make it interesting. Car dodging around 2-3 miles could be sorted out but most drivers seemed sensible. Nice to finish with a lap of the athletics track.
Really great race that I will be back to next year.

In short: Very enjoyable near the back of the race.
In full: Made a weekend of it and had a lovely time. Good HQ venue with just about enough space to (cold) shower and change afterwards.
Very nice route through a few villages and across the hills, then down to the seafront. All well marked and marshalled until the very end. I was a bit confused where to go at the end as so many people had finished and were wandering around the route through to the finish line.

In short: Friendly marshalls, enjoyable run
In full: M3+M27 made the journey down extremely quick and parking was simple - close to the start.
Although the airfield was dull, the marshalls were very friendly and the miles went by quite quickly - I like seeing the leaders run past in the opposite direction and waving to friends who are 2 miles ahead of me. Last few miles along the seafront were lovely.

In short: If it's not snow, it's the hottest day of the year!
In full: Congratulations and thank you to the organisers for rearranging the event. Pleased that there was ample water at the stops, it was hot out there.
It was very different running the race a bit fitter and warmer than the usual February one, but the heat ruined any chance of doing a fast time.

In short: Excellent event again. Improves every year.
In full: I always run the first half of this too quickly - but today I was on a PB at 7 miles, then the hills came!
Hung on for my quickest time for 2 years.
Every year they give away a T-shirt with the medal, this year it was a bag and water bottle too!

In short: Enjoyable day out as usual.
In full: I liked the new route.
The finish again needs a bit more organisation. As last year, the queue to collect medals, etc extended to before the finish line.

In short: Excellent race
In full: Swapped the thousands runners of Reading for this race this year, and am delighted I did.
Total bargin at £8, nice mug instead of a medal and I decided to buy a T-shirt for the first time in years.
Run through the country roads with little traffic around and very flat. A lovely day for the race, I guess it might be less enjoyable on a wet windy day.
Well done and thank you to the organisors
