In short: Of all the runs I've done round the world, one of the friendliest.
In full: Wonderful enthusiasm from the marshals and organisers. OK there's small things which could be improved on but that didn't spoil a very enjoyable race which had a very pleasant old skool feel unlike some of the big races these days which are a scrum. Great atmosphere and really nice touch to provide a small lunch in the goodie bag. Support fantastic. Laps made it a very different 1/2 m to run and on a cooler / less breezy day it has pb potential (earlier start time would be better but I guess this is governed by when the changing facilities at hackney marshes open).

Well done all at ufdance and their volunteers!

In short: Very friendly atmosphere, location and well organised 10k. Well worth put through a washing machine for.
In full: Well worth the entry fee for such a well orgnaised and friendly race. Course has pb potential and is scenic. IF the monsoons stay away it would be a wonderful family day out. Such a shame about the weather for the village but nevertheless, organisers and residents should take huge pride in what they put on every year. Many thanks to you all and will be back next year for sure.

In short: Wonderful run through beautiful countryside with fantastic organisattion
In full: Scorching day out but it was well worth it as the scenery and peaceful running conditions were perfect. If it was cooler it definately has pb potential as the hills are mild.

Very enthusiastic and friendly support.

Organisation was first class (some of the best I've seen) and Halstead running club should be very proud of the event they put on. Thanks a lot to you all. I will be back next year came rain or shine.

In short: Glorious date out on a tough course but fantastically well organised and very friendly event
In full: Did this in preparation for an ultra in Iceland I'm doing later in the year and turned out to be the most enjoyable marathon I've done in the UK. Stunning scenery and got just what I wanted with lots of wind, big hills and some sticky mud in places. Lots of friendly fellow runners and Steyning AC's wonderful welcome and friendly attitude was fanstastic. The organisation was first class (faultless from my point of view) and if you could stomach it, the cooked breakfast looked very hearty. Well done and a huge thanks to Steyning AC. You should all be proud of yourselves for a day like that.

In short: Very enjoyable well organised run despite the apawling conditions. Was very sorry for the organisers who'd put on good after race entertainment for the families who were watching. Would be very pleasant for children if sunny weather.
