In short: Not what I was expecting, but a good run
In full: I really loved the route, the bagpipes and cadets were brilliant as were the supporters en route. Unfortunately, there were some bad points. I parked my car in the allocated place, not realising there was no bag storage, so then had to trek back before the start. This made for a chilly walk back afterwards - a space blanket would have been welcome, particularly as I had to wait around for water to arrive at the drink station at the finish. I was also expecting more than a banana at the end!
